Another Wonderful Book Review

Hello Everyone. I have now moved into my new house at last, but everything is totally chaotic as you can imagine – not helped by the fact it is smaller than the last one so everything either doesn’t fit or looks too big. So much to do and unpack, but many thanks to Blair for his wonderful article in my absence.

It will be about a week before I can think of doing another article, but my new book, How To Know If You’re a Medium should be available for purchase sometime next week - I hope! It was only today that I got my telephone line connected, television installed and came back online. What a wonderful surprise I had when I realised someone had taken the time to write a review on one of my books – so few do. Thank you so much to Angie who it says wrote it. In case any of you would like to see it, I have copied and pasted it below. If any others would like to write one I would be very grateful as they make a huge difference to us.

What can I say? A book that has finally given me the answers I have been searching for. I cannot thank Lorraine Holloway-White enough for publishing her work and I really wish that I could have accessed it years ago as it would have saved me a lot of time, anguish and expense.

The contents resonated deep inside and the realizations it has given me have been quite life changing. This book is honest and straight forward and I agree it is for sceptics and practitioners alike. However, I think its greatest strength is the clarity and understanding it gives to ‘natural mediums’ who are struggling through the minefield of today’s ‘New Age Spiritualism.’ Highly, Highly recommended.

Spiritual Agony Aunt on TV

As the world seems to be ever-increasing in its thirst for knowledge about the possibility of life after death, we are seeing more and more shows on our television screens with mediums doing demonstrations of mediumship. What we don’t have, however, is a show where questions are answered about all things to do with mediumship for those who have questions to ask.

Do you think there is a need for a programme like that and would you watch it? The idea has come to me recently after many comments I have had in private e-mails from people who have read my books, saying they wished I was on television. The reason is, they have so many questions about mediumship and there is nowhere that answers them.

I must admit, when I was developing back in the early days and wondered what was happening to me and what it all meant, there was nowhere that I could get the answers from either. The only places I found were spiritualist churches or groups and they don’t suit everyone; they certainly didn’t suit me and so I was stuck. Luckily, as a natural-born medium, the spirit world taught me themselves. The natural way and the best in my opinion. In fact, part of their teachings was that mediumship and healing cannot and should not be taught by mankind if the best results are to be achieved anyway. They can help develop a natural gifts that’s there, but not if one is not born with the gifts.

Developing natural mediums, those who think they might be and those who are just plain interested in all aspects of it are desperate for knowledge that isn’t easily available and so I would love to do a show where I can answer everyone’s questions where I’m able. That, together with a guest medium who does platform demonstrations would make a good show in my eyes, but I’d love to know what you all think. If enough of you answer me on this one and show a need, maybe I will be able to persuade a television company to try it out, so come on, leave a comment and let me know what you think of my idea. Is it needed and would it be popular or not? More to the point, would I be a good person to use for a show like that?
