Where Do Natural Mediums Go For Help?
Each day I receive e-mails from people who have read my books saying how they have helped answer so many questions about natural mediumship and healing. The thing is, they all want to know where they can go from there and can they join my development groups. The books help answer their questions about whether they might be natural mediums and they feel that at last they have someone who understands what they’re going through, but once the book is finished – now what? Where do they go to get the help they need to move forward and who is to help them? Why are there no development classes for natural mediums – only forced mediums?
This is where all natural mediums find themselves at some point; bereft, alone, confused about which way to turn and what to do with the gifts they’ve got. It is for this reason I would dearly love to see people such as myself set up groups all over the world where natural mediums can come to have all their questions answered by others who have been there before them; to help show what they can do and how they can use the various gifts. Sadly, many good natural mediums have been dumbed down by having to be forced into classes not at all suitable for natural development and this is why so many never get to develop to their full potential as they are taught all there is to mediumship is platform work and demonstrations when there is so much more we are to do.
As natural mediums, our development will take many years and will not be a rapid growth that can be pushed. The first lesson we all have to learn is patience as we will not fully develop our gifts until the time is right. This is why I often talk about the differences between forced and natural mediumship development. There are many groups, demonstrations and talks for those who are not naturally gifted, but there is nowhere at present (that I’ve ever heard of) for natural born mediums to go to; no one who understand what they are going through or who is helping them.
I am hoping to start touring around doing talks for this very reason and will answer as many questions as I can for people who need this help. We may not be as huge in number as those who force the gifts, but there are enough of us to make this a definite need. Sadly, the media are only interested in giving air time or column inches to the dramatic type of mediumship we see on our screens and much of this doesn’t help anyone wanting to develop naturally.
Remember, if you have any questions and need help in any way, leave a question on the ‘questions’ page and I’ll answer as soon as I am able. Thanks to all who send me e-mails, they are all read and answered and very much appreciated as are the reviews some of you have done on Amazon for me.
If you are holding a workshop or group meeting and would like me to attend for a day to do a question and answer session to help with natural development please just ask and maybe we can organise something

The Living Waters Church – is it really so bigoted and bad?
What is God’s work and what is the devil’s? Whether you believe in God and the devil or not, you surely believe there is goodness and badness at work in the world? I have just had a conversation with a man who calls himself a Christian and he was the most bad-tempered, arrogant, narrow-minded man I have had the displeasure of speaking with for a very long time. In fact I didn’t speak much, he shouted at me all the time when I said I was a natural-born healer who God works through. The members of The Living Waters Church go around everywhere doing healing on the streets and say it’s ok for them, but not for those God gave a gift to. He told me the devil is working through me and all those who believe in religion no matter which religion it is. If Living Waters don’t believe in religion, why are they calling themselves a Church?
Basically, he is a zealot. Zealots are people who are so arrogant in their beliefs that they actually put people off what they profess to be teaching and hoping to get others to join in with. He is a born again Christian – need I say more? If people are truly teaching about God, they do so in a placid, calming way that never offends (intentionally) does not scare, bully or threaten others. The man concerned was doing all those things in one conversation and yet truly thinks he is doing God’s work.
I have been a Christian since the day I was born. I am now 56 and have never strayed from that path. I am comfortable with God and His teachings and strive hard each day to lead a Christian life. I am not comfortable with people who suddenly discover Jesus and God at a late stage of life change everything to suit themselves about the teachings of Christianity and the meanings behind its teachings then call themselves born again Christians. They are no such thing as there is nothing Christian about that man’s words, his alleged Christian teaching or behaviour and for him to say he is saying it all and behaving that way under God’s guidance is offensive to say the least.
He told me Catholics are dangerous bad people and so is the teaching of the Catholic Church as are all others. He mentioned other religions too and said he doesn’t believe in any of them as the people within them are all being deceived and working with the devil. He said all people in the world who are ill or diseased are only ill because the devil made them ill and gave them disease and that if God loved them they wouldn’t suffer in any way. I told him that was highly offensive to those who were ill or who had sick children and his answer was, ‘Tough, be offended, it’s the truth.’ He misquotes at every opportunity and is so full of anger that it is obvious he is not working with goodness or purity. The devil was surely spewing filth from that man’s mouth during the whole conversation.
As all people who come into something they don’t understand, they suddenly think they know it all and take some things literally because they have no real understanding of it, misquote scriptures whenever they like to suit what they’re saying, pretend certain things in the Bible don’t exist if it goes against their bigoted teachings and are basically, nasty people the like of which makes God desperately unhappy. Even worse, they say they are doing it all in His name. How tragic is this?
The man concerned is from The Living Waters Church and he said their teachings and their members are going around the world now spreading this dreadful bigotry and intolerance of all other religions and people who believe in religion. They say they believe in God, but not religion of any type or denomination. They call themselves healers and yet going by this man and what he said they all believe in, they have no love, gentleness, compassion, tolerance or caring of others, which is nothing like God. God’s healing is gentle, subtle and humble. Those who truly have Him working through them have gentleness, kindness, compassion, caring, tolerance of other beliefs and are always gentle in their teachings and ministrations. It is not done with huge displays and it most certainly doesn’t come from people who are diseased of the mind.
When I told him he was shouting and bullying, he told me he was teaching me. I said he was belittling my beliefs as a Catholic and that’s when I was told the devil was working through me as the Catholic Church and all other churches are bad. He said I call up spirits (I don’t), he said I am a spiritualist (I’m not) and he said I do the devils work and am damned. He said all religion is bad and only born again Christians understand the truth about God and His teachings.
Does this sound like God talking through him to you? Does it sound like someone who does good works and who will encourage others to love and want God in their lives? I think not. If I hadn’t known God before today, having listened to that man on the telephone I would be running a mile from this nasty, bad-tempered God who hates everyone unless they’re Born Again Christians.
I have no doubt at all, that the man I spoke to will believe in something totally different in a few years time and that he’ll be just as zealous and arrogant about something else new he’ll have discovered. I have met many people who used to be born again Christians and they chop and change all the time. Take note I said people who used to be; says it all doesn’t it? The genuine people who truly have found God, usually eventually leave the born again Christian teachings if they are not connected with Christian Religions due to their high intolerance of others, zealousness and misguided teachings. The ones who truly have found God and welcomed Him into their lives enter into churches where the teaching is more gentle, kind and welcoming to people of all faiths and even those of none.
He hasn’t found God or Jesus, he has found something that is deceiving him and if he is an example of the Living Waters Church in general and its teachings, I have to say it is the first church I have ever come across in my life that doesn’t appear to have God anywhere nearby, is full of badness and should be steered well clear of. If anyone has the devil working through them, it is surely that man today. The devil always gets angry when someone challenges him and today was no different.
Based on the teachings of the man who spoke to me today, all the people within his church are healthy, want for nothing and are free of disease because they have found God. Well sorry to tell him, but we all know the saying, ‘The devil looks after his own’ don’t we? I would like to know if all I had shouted at me in that ‘phone call was Living Water’s teachings and beliefs or just this one man’s. If anyone knows, please feel free to enlighten us
